Transportation
Through our communication with guests, we present and coordinate their ground transportation options and reservations. Together with the transportation providers, we thoughtfully design the ambiance of the transfer experience – with considerations made for uniformity in staff wardrobe and presentation, interior temperature, music, and refreshing amenities.
Amenities
Whether through established brand partnerships or solely based upon the personal preferences of the event hosts, we curate a guest amenity experience that is consistent across all days and locations of the event. Any product imaginable or a line-up of those little things the event host “just can’t live without” – we help share these with guests in a carefully considered manner.
Experiences
For the times during the celebration when guests are not attending a hosted event, we curate custom presentations of optional activities and manage the organization of these various experiences directly with the guests. We also work with the event host to personalize the venue experience by customizing the welcome greeting, nightly turndown services and spa + fitness programming to align more closely with the event design and schedule.
Fragrance
Fragrance, as most everyone knows, is the most powerful pathway to secure your memories forever. For this reason, we work closely with the host to curate and share with their guests a scent experience that tells their story – representative of their most significant memories and relationships. Simultaneously intangible and tangible, fragrance can't be instagrammed, but it can be packaged and gifted as a memento more everlasting than any photo or video.
